Emergency crews are responding to a crash involving a Delta Air Lines plane that arrived Monday afternoon at Toronto Pearson Airport from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, ultimately landing upside down amid wintry conditions. The Federal Aviation Administration says all 80 people on board Flight 4819, operated by Endeavor Air, were evacuated.
