Zimbabwean Vice President and current acting president, General Constantino Chiwenga, has spoken out against corrupt tenderpreneurs, commonly referred to as “Mbinga” in Zimbabwe.
He said the original principles for Zimbabwe were based on equal opportunities for all, not just for those who, he claimed, are growing big tummies through corruption and looting.
His boss, President Emmerson Mnangagwa, has turned Zimbabwe into the most corrupt country in Southern Africa, according to Transparency International.
He has been routinely exposed for running cartels that he uses to loot public funds through state contracts.
Zimbabwe has gone for three years without a single functioning radiotherapy cancer treatment machine.
It has only one maternity theatre, built in 1977, at its largest hospital, resulting in 2,500 women dying every year during childbirth.
Companies are shutting down and it has the highest inflation in the world and 95% unemployment!
Chiwenga said that looters are involved in frenzied looting and consumerism like hyenas!
