A South Africa bound haulage truck transporting coal from Hwange has overturned at the 67km peg along the Bulawayo-Plumtree highway this morning.
The truck driver is suspected to have dozed off on the steering, resulting in the accident. The yet to be identified driver has been taken to a hospital in Bulawayo with non life threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, efforts are underway to clear the scene which is blocking traffic on the bust highway.
