ZANU PF has intensified its campaign rallies in Harare urban the theme restore legacy ,building a better zimbabwe ahead of the forthcoming March 26 by-election .
Zanu pf decided to start its campaigns in urban areas because for the past years MDC and other political parties were not bringing change in urban areas where they claimed to have more votes yet Potholes,dumps and sewage seen everywhere
The ruling party said inept councillors and
National Assembly members from the
opposition had led to the decay in the capital
over the past 20 years and must be booted
out to improve service delivery
The Second Republic under the leadership of President Emmerson
Mnangagwa has a vision of an upper middle-
income society by 2030

Harare is lagging behind in terms of
development. We want to ensure
development takes place in all areas Kuwadzana,Chitungwiza,Norton,Epworth etc We are working towards decentralising services to the people to reduce congestion in Harare. We are proposing to provide commercial centres and industries here in Urban cities to ensure development in the areas
