AN application for refusal of further remand filed by embattled businessmen Mike Chimombe and Moses Mpofu has been thrown out by a Harare regional magistrate.
Magistrate Tilda Mazhande ruled that the application was unnecessary as the State is ready to indict them for trial at the High Court.
