Zimpraise chief executive officer, Joseph Madziyire waved goodbye to bachelorhood over the weekend after he paid lobola for his long time girlfriend, Mellisa Makwasha.The two were now a known regular couple at many events especially those that had to do with gospel music.

Relatives who attended the ceremony  allege that Madziyire was charged a cool US$16 000 for lobola and he paid it all to the last cent.

The traditional wedding ceremony was attended by the who’s who of Harare, including top government officials.

Some of those present included the likes of Chamu Chiwanza, Tinashe Mutarisi, Honorable Deputy Minister of Arts Tino Machakaire, Jah Prayzah, Keen Mushapaidze, Zodwa Mkandla, Nomatenba Posh, Eugene Peters, George Munengwa and
