The following statement whose official release is due by midnight of 13th Feb 2025, has been confirmed by several members of the command element of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces, who have been speaking with the ZimEye news network since January 2023.The announcement which was first made on 3 February, is now due for official signed distribution today.

Firstly I would like to warn the first secretary of ZANU PF, the commander in chief of the defence forces, President Emmerson Mnangagwa that the time of killing former and serving army generals must come to an end now. This must stop forthwith. We are now aware that President Mnangagwa and Owen “Mudha” Ncube were responsible for the deaths of high-ranking army generals since 1980.
