Selmor Mtukudzi, excluded from performing at her late father Oliver 'Tuku' Mtukudzi International Festival of the Arts.
The festival is scheduled to take place from September 21st to 22nd, were popular artists such as Jah Prayzah, Feli Nandi, Gemma Griffiths, Killer T, and Hope Masike, will be performing live.
