A woman named Vimbai Dzingirai has been charged with cyber-bullying after accusing Pride Miti, the accountant for the African Business Women Association (ABWA), of involvement in a Ponzi scheme defrauding Zimbabweans abroad.
ABWA is owned by Shamiso Fred, Zimbabwe's former honorary consul to the United Arab Emirates who is accused of being at the forefront of the fraud.
Dzingirai appealed to the High Court citing concerns about biased proceedings and fabricated evidence.
