Update on hubby who let dogs lick his wife’s pr!vate parts after having s.e.x with her. The suspect, Urs Joseph Ettilin, was removed from remand after his lawyer Brighton Pabwe made a successful application for refusal of further remand that saw the State being ordered to proceed by way of summons as they don’t have sufficient evidence. He was facing rap_e allegations. The 71-year-old man who made headlines for allegedly letting his dogs lick his girlfriend has been removed from remand because the State doesn’t have sufficient evidence to proceed to trial. The complainant and the two had been boyfriend and girlfriend for over a year.
Prosecutor Lancelot Mutsokoti alleged that in May 2020, the complainant left home and went for a night out party and returned the next morning around 0800hrs and it didn’t go well with Ettilin leading to an argument.
The court heard that while in the bedroom, he then forced her to have unprotected se_x with him without her consent and later forced her to be aroused by his dogs whilst she was n@k_ed on the bed.
The complainant claimed that she told her boyfriend that she was unhappy with what he was doing to her and he threatened to throw her out of the house empty-handed.
He also allegedly took some n#d_e pictures of her on several occasions and let his dogs lick her private parts and threatened her that failure to comply he would post the pictures on social media.
He allegedly further threatened complainant that he was going to hire people to force her to vacate his house and promised to take another lady who will comply with his orders and sometimes would be violent whenever she refused to comply with his orders.
Ettilin reportedly later offered the complainant US$60 000 as a condition for her to leave his house because he had found another woman and devastated by the action, she lodged a complaint at Highlands Police Station.
